One million transplants

In 2022, the U.S. marked a milestone of one million organ transplants. To honor donors and celebrate the life-changing gift of transplant, the UNOS communications team created a unique, short-term website project, Living it forward, featuring the donors, recipients, and their families whose stories were among those one million. I had the true honor of working with these individuals and families to tell their stories.

Stories from the website were shared via social media channels to amplify the “Living it forward” message.
